12 1/2 oz. can tuna
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped peeled cucumber
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 qt. tossed lettuce and tomato wedges
Directions
Drain tuna and flake. Mix salad dressing, sour cream, cucumbers, onions, and chopped eggs. Chill. For each serving, top lettuce with tuna and dressing.
Garnish with tomatoes.
