2 pounds small red potatoes, cooked
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original Ranch salad dressing
Paprika or black pepper
Chives
Optional garnish: crisp cooked, crumbled bacon
Directions
Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1 inch cubes. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions and salad dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives. Serve warm or at room temperature.
