2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 cups canned pineapple chunks or sliced peaches
1 1/2 c. strawberry halves
1 c. seedless green grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. walnuts (optional)
Directions
Combine chicken, pineapple (or peaches), strawberries, grapes, celery, salad dressing and seasonings and walnuts if desired.
Can serve on lettuce lined platter. Garnish with toasted walnuts and additional strawberries. Makes 4-6 servings.
