1 largeg pkg. spinach salad leaves
1/3 pkg goat cheese
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 bottle raspberry vinaigrette
Directions
Divide the spinach leaves onto 4 small saucers (or plates).
Cut the goat cheese into small pieces (about the size of a crouton).
Sprinkle onto of the salads.
Sprinkle the walnuts on each salad.
Sprinkle the dried cranberries on each salad.
Top with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
