4 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onions
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 (5 oz.) can dry chow mein noodles

Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper and onions. Blend mayonnaise and mustard. Toss gently with chicken mixture. Chill several hours.
Immediately before serving, mix chow mein noodles into salad. Serve on lettuce leaves.
