1 med. head cauliflower
1 med. head iceberg lettuce, torn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Directions
Wash cauliflower and cut into flowerets. Combine cauliflower, lettuce and peas in a large salad bowl.
Combine the salad dressing, Parmesan cheese and sugar; stir well. Spoon over vegetable mixture, sprinkle with bacon and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
