1 10 oz. package frozen asparagus spears
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon mustard
2 hard boiled eggs
Directions
Cook frozen asparagus spears according to package directions; drain. Place in shallow dish.
Combine salad oil and vinegar, grated onion and prepared mustard; drizzle over asparagus. Chill well, about 1 1/2 hours.
Slice 2 hard boiled eggs; arrange over asparagus. Spoon reserved dressing over dish.
