2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. cubed American Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
1 lg. unpeeled red apple, diced
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions
Cook macaroni until desired doneness on package. Combine macaroni, cabbage, cheese, pickle, apple, salt and mayonnaise. Toss until well blended.
Serve salad on crisp lettuce leaves.
